Financial Options

Our goal is to provide the best possible dental care for each person in a way that respects the individual needs of the friends that we call patients. Clear financial arrangements play an important role in our ability to help our patients attain good dental health. The following financial options are offered:

Payment at time of service:  Payment is expected at the time of service. We offer several options for your convenience. You can pay for your office visits and treatment by cash, check, Mastercard, or Visa. We offer a 3% courtesy discount for payment in full at time of service.

Extended Financing Option:  For your convenience, we are pleased to accept Care Credit, the nation's leading dental payment plan. Care Credit has several payment plans to meet every financial need, including interest-free and low interest options. Speak to our office manager for more details.

Dental Insurance:  We are pleased that you have selected us to provide your dental care. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claim for you. Please be aware that dental insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Services are performed for, and fees charged to the patient - not the insurance company. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs of treatment. As always, we will gladly assist you in filing your insurance for reimbursement. The patient must pay their estimated portion at the time of service, and any unpaid balance is the sole responsibility of the patient.
